Plant Infrastructure
The plant is equipped with all the necessary machines/technologies including Tool Room, Gravity Die-casting machine (GDC), Fettling machine, Heat treatment (H.T), shot blasting Machine, CNC machines, Buffing & Polishing / coating machine, Conveyorised paint & polish coating plant, Inspection team, leakage testing machine, etc. Manufacturing practices in our plant include dual technology viz. Low-pressure die casting (LPDC) & Gravity Die Casting is employed in conjunction with a great degree of process automation which furnishes excellent control of the die cavity filling.
M/s Parado Wheels LLP Unit is spread across a massive 50,000 sq. feet with a built up area of 30000 Sq. ft. Our current manufacturing plant capacity of 0.5 million wheels per annum. We always strive to achieve the best infrastructure for the Alloy wheel manufacturing, and having Research and development department in the company. The Company long term policy is to move ahead and to face the challenges to achieve the targets by following the motto – Sky is the Limit.
